PConic will provide 30 days of full warranty for any IT service and product provided. This period starts on the day which the invoice for such services has been created. The invoice is normally created once any particular IT work has been completed. The full warranty will cover any issues due to workmanship error or faulty products and will repair or replace any product at no extra charges towards the client. This warranty will not however cover any damages made to any service or product due to client's negligence to protect such services or products against natural or man-made events such as earthquake, fire, flooding, tampering, etc.
PConic will also provide one year of limited warranty on all of its hardware products. This warranty will cover the cost of repair/replacement of the product(s) only if the problem is caused due to the product itself being faulty.
